*Choose one of the following options and prepare for class presentation.
Sarcophagus Project –
*1. Using a shoebox, prepare an Egyptian style sarcophagus that represents your own
life. You must decorate it on the outside as we learned with the items that represent your
life and beliefs and then fill it with the things that you would want to accompany you into
*2. Write or type a report that explains well what you have used for decorations and what you
have placed in your sarcophagus.
Research Project -
*1. Decide on ONE topic about ancient Egypt that you want to learn more about. Some
suggestions are architecture, religion, a specific Pharaoh or famous Egyptian, Daily
Life or any other topic you get approved.
*2. Write or Type a report about what you learned. BE SURE TO
INCLUDE A SEPARATE PAGE THAT LISTS ALL OF YOUR SOURCES.
*3. Prepare a Power Point presentation with at least 15 slides to share in class.
